Q. I'm interested in joining your membership site but how do I join?

Q. Do I need any graphics software to use the graphics you provide me with?

A.Yes, for the majority of graphics resources available, you can use any software program to edit them including Macromedia Fireworks, Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, Paint Shop Pro etc. In order to benefit from certain software packages and PSD files, a copy of Adobe Photoshop is required which can be bought from various software retailers.

Q. Where do I get help?

 Q. Can I request products and services?

A. Yes, use the contact form or forum to request anything. You can send personal messages vis the forum and I am alerted to them as they arrive.

Q. I have seen some of the products in other sites for sale?

A. Yes some of these products are purchased and are not unique to this membership. The plan is to employ graphic artists to create unique products in the near future. Therefore requests will be met if possible.

Q. I need help getting started, do you offer personal help?

A. Yes by all means, within reason. We offer script installs and help where we can.

Q. How do I cancel my membership if I am not happy?

A. You can log in to your Pay Pal account and cancel your subscription at any time. This must be done by you, we do not handle this in the membership administration area. Alternately log in HERE to see your account.
